Refund policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy for Theara.

1. Shipping Method and Partners

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post. Theara ensures that all shipments are handed over to the courier or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of order and payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. The delivery timeline is dependent on the courier company and may vary depending on location and other external factors. Theara is not liable for delays caused by the courier service.

3. Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the registered address provided by the buyer during the checkout process, as per the details associated with the credit/debit card used for payment, unless the buyer specifies a different shipping address at the time of the order.

4. Responsibility During Transit

Once the order is handed over to the courier, Theara is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We take care to ensure that your order is packaged securely, but liability for any damage during shipping rests with the courier.

6. Payment Security

Theara uses secure payment gateways like EBS to ensure fast, easy, and secure transactions. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

7. Order Confirmation and Support

You will receive an order confirmation and shipping details via the email address provided at the time of order. If you encounter any issues with the delivery or use of our services, please contact our helpdesk for assistance.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued by TheAra.in if returned products are received in damaged condition.

If you receive a product in a damaged condition, you must provide evidence by contacting us at sales@theara.in. . Our team will carefully review the evidence provided and determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. Once verified as damaged, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after confirmation.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the customer does not like the taste of the product.

  • If the product is incorrectly prepared due to not following the instructions provided.

Returns

As all orders are shipped directly from India, we do not accept returns once the products have been shipped.

If you still wish to return a product, please note:

  • The shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

  • TheAra.in will not reimburse return shipping costs.

  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Only if the product is received in good condition, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds in such cases will be made after deducting the original forward shipping costs incurred by the company.
